The word of the day is:


As a matter of fact, we will spend all next month thinking about stretching. Sometimes I wonder, “can we do without it?” Many runners skip this part and do just fine in marathons and casual long runs. What types of stretches are there and how can we have FUN doing this activity?

And of course I’d also like to reflect on how to stretch other aspects of our lives –the foods we eat, the emotions we express (check out the quote of the day!), and the career moves we make.
